Field layout
Control which fields you see, how they are ordered, and which columns stay pinned while you scroll.
Open Fields to show, hide, or reorder columns for the active view.
Overview
Every table view has its own field layout: which columns are visible and in what order. Drag column borders to change width. Freeze pins a left prefix of visible columns so identifiers stay on screen when you scroll sideways.
Freeze is device-local. It is not stored in the view and does not sync to cloud or other computers.
Set up
- Open a table.
- Use toolbar Fields (right of Sort) to show, hide, or reorder columns.
- Open a field header menu to Freeze column, or multi-select a left prefix and freeze in one action.
Show and hide fields
Fields menu
Toolbar Fields lists every field on the table, including enrichments.
- Show all brings back hidden fields for this view.
- Hide all hides every visible field, including enrichment columns.
- Click the eye icon on a row to toggle one field.
Hidden fields stay in the schema. They simply drop out of the grid for the active view.
Field header menu
Open a column header menu and choose Hide column to hide that field from the current view.
Reorder and resize
- Drag fields in the Fields menu to reorder columns.
- Drag the border between two headers to change column width.
Reorder and width changes are layout tweaks. They do not write version history on their own.
Freeze columns
Freeze keeps a left contiguous prefix of visible columns sticky: row gutter, then Name, then Company, and so on. You cannot freeze a column with gaps to the left.
- One column: field header menu → Freeze column.
- Several columns: multi-select the left prefix → Freeze.
- Unfreeze column shrinks the frozen region from that column onward.
Freeze preferences are stored in browser storage for each table on this device. Switching views does not copy freeze settings. Opening the same table on another computer starts with no freeze until you set it again.

Tips
- Hide noisy enrichment columns during review, then Show all before a run.
- Freeze Name and Company before scanning wide exports with many mapped fields.
- Agents can toggle visibility and reorder through MCP when those tools are allowed.
